My washing machine broke and as a key worker during this pandemic I needed my washing machine to wash my uniforms on a daily basis. I called on Friday afternoon and he came round 10am on the Saturday. He fixed the problem within an hour and was professional throughout. Very reasonable price – would definitely recommend.

Andy replied promptly to our email enquiry and came to see the broken freezer the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the spare part, after checking the cost was ok for us. He was able to get the freezer working again on a temporary basis so we did not lose any food. The part arrived one day later and Andy returned to fit it. Throughout, Andy was clear about cost and when he could visit us, and arrived within the time he specified so we did not have to wait. Very professional service, competitive price and we will certainly use his services again for any other domestic appliances!

Andy was more than helpful to me when repairing my old (VERY old) tumble dryer. It was so old that he had never seen the likes before, but worked out how to remove the bodywork to get at the belt, which had broken.
He managed to obtain the right replacement belt, but so difficult was the overall task that it took a lot of patience, time, and hard work.
I was highly impressed with his skills, and he’s not one to easily give up. Apart from which he’s so friendly to deal with, and his charges very reasonable, so would have no hesitation using his services again, or to recommend him to others.

Once again Andy has come up trumps! He is so reliable & gives great customer service and communication. He had previously fixed a Fridge Freezer for us and we called him again to sort our washing machine which was tripping the electrics in the house. He came to inspect the machine, then ordered parts & was back within 2 days. It looked like a big job as the front had to come off the machine! He spent time getting the job right & repaired the washing machine which is now working perfectly again. He also made a follow up call to ensure everything was still ok! Take a tip from me and use Andy for your appliance repairs. This kind of service seems rare these days so I 100% recommend.

We would highly recommend Andy to anyone! He was friendly, informative & responded quickly to our call for help regarding our Hisense American-style Fridge Freezer, which was no longer keeping to temperature. He came round and quickly diagnosed the fault as a PCB issue. He was honest & open about what he could & could not promise. He ordered the part and came to fit just three days later. He was polite & courteous, and clean & tidy. He ensured we understood what the issue was, and what the cost would be before committing. We felt his pricing to be fair & transparent. We also felt very comfortable having him in the house, as an all-female household. Cannot recommend him highly enough, and would not hesitate to call again for any future issues!
